Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service queries and complaints, via phone, email and chat;
* Respond to inquiries concerning credit card transactions, products, services, fees, billing errors, payments and etc.;
* Confirms reservations, verifies credit, suggest activities;
* Identifying problems quickly and resolving them to provide the best possible outcome for the customer.
